Millicent Bam

Millicent Bam is a Human Resources professional with over 12 years of experience across the mining, corporate and retail sectors. She holds a BCom degree in Human Resource Management from North-West University, graduating Cum Laude, and is a recipient of the Golden Key International Honour Society Award.

She began her career as an HR Coordinator at Samancor Chrome Mines, later progressing to Group Human Resource Manager at Mashova, overseeing HR operations in South Africa and Mozambique.

Today, as Head of Human Resources at The Mattress Warehouse, Millicent oversees the full HR function within a growing national retail organisation.

She is passionate about people development, employee engagement, workplace culture and aligning HR with sustainable business growth.
