Naeem Timol is HR Executive at Pedros, where he plays a key role in shaping the people agenda of one of South Africa’s fastest growing quick-service restaurant businesses. His experience spans people strategy, organisational development, employee relations, workforce planning and people analytics, with a strong focus on connecting people decisions to commercial and operational performance.

A qualified and admitted attorney with a background in labour relations and human resources, Naeem is passionate about building scalable people practices that enable business growth while strengthening leadership capability and the employee experience.

He is currently completing the International Leadership Development Programme through GIBS and regularly contributes to industry conversations on the evolving role of HR and people leadership.
