Perushka Maharaj is a senior People and Transformation executive with extensive experience at the intersection of people strategy ,organizational change, technology, and retail performance. 

In her current role at TFG, Perushka partners with senior leadership across Africa, bringing together HR Strategy ,change management, organizational effectiveness, and people analytics to support business transformation and sustainable performance. Her strength lies in bringing both an HR and operational retail lens to business challenges, understanding not only the people implications of a decision ,but also what it means for stores commercial performance,  customers experience and the day-to-day reality of executing strategy on the frontline. 

Her experience spans complex organizational change, workforce strategy, Leadership development, employee experience, and the implementation of new ways of working across diverse retail environments.

She is particularly focused on translating business strategy into practical people outcomes and ensuring that transformation is not only implemented but adopted and sustained.
