Solly is the Chief People Officer at BMG, leading the organisation’s people strategy, culture transformation, and talent development. With over 24 years of HR and organisational leadership experience, Solly specialises in employee engagement, leadership development, workforce planning, organisational design, change management, and diversity and inclusion.

Previously, Solly served as Chief People Officer at DPDLaser, driving leadership and people-focused initiatives aligned with business growth.

Solly holds an Honours Degree in Social Science from the University of Pretoria and is currently pursuing an MBA at Henley Business School. A passionate HR thought leader, conference and motivational speaker, NLP-certified coach, and radio presenter, Solly is dedicated to empowering people, developing future leaders, and building thriving workplaces.
